First timers here- we drove from Baytown and it was worth every minute. Food was super delicious, hot and came out with in minutes . Waiter was very attentive and super nice ! The cherry on top was owner came and talk to us and ask how everything was going- you don’t see that very often! Y’all need to try their menudo it was a 10 for us . Thank you we will be back soon

I am from out of town but had driven by here ,so this morning, we stopped. My husband had the special strawberry waffle , with eggs and bacon. The waffle was delicious. From the first bite , I could taste the strawberry. The bacon was amazing , thick, and huge pieces that were cooked just right. I had the 3 egg meat lovers with cheese omelet it was very large and stuffed with meat, I think the cheese was American, which I don't really care for , but it was well melted. I love the fact they let you order half hash browns , a little crispy ( burnt), but did not taste like it. The grits were very good, and they put a spoon in them with butter on it. A soft, fluffy homemade bisquit , completed my meal. The service was outstanding from the moment we walked in and were greeted by everyone. The kitchen is open , so you don't feel like they are hiding what they are doing. As a born and raised Texan , I loved the decor. I will be back to try lunch. I don't know why anyone would go to a chain when this gem is in the area.

Best French toast I’ve had from a restaurant!!!! Flavor is good and they are soft! So yummy. Place is clean, restrooms are clean.

Small restaurant with a homey feeling. This was our first time eating here. I just wish they had a lighter menu for the folks on a diet. Overall this was a very delicious meal. I recommend this family restaurant to everyone.

I really liked this place! Have been twice in about a week. The breakfast is nothing fancy, but it's really good home cooking. It tastes like what you'd make for your own family. Service has been great both times. I would be happy to go back again and recommend it to someone looking for a good breakfast spot!

Good customer service waitress was very helpful no long wait at all. Very friendly and down to earth spot. Definitely will return!!
